How will tickets be sent/how much is postage?
Tickets for Enchanted will be sent out as e-tickets and there is no charge. This is not an automatic process and the tickets will be sent out at a later date. Please follow the event page and this website for more details
How can I pay?
Paypal and debit/credit cards: You do not need to have a paypal account, please click 'don't have a paypal account?' to pay with your credit or debit card. There is a £2.40 charge for using paypal or credit/debit cards.
Cheque: Cheques must be sent in GBP only! Please address them to 'The Tea Party Club' and send to: 25 Montfort Place, London, SW19 6QN, United Kingdom

When will I receive my tickets?
As soon as we’re able to complete and send them. Please be patient and stay tuned for updates!
I bought a ticket but now I can't attend! Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately we cannot issue any refunds for tickets if you can't come. You are though, of course, allowed to sell your ticket privately. Please feel free to advertise them on the event page or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need any help or advice on selling your ticket
I'm travelling from overseas and need accommodation in London/I'm from the UK but not from London and am scared of travelling by myself

I got an email saying that my payment has been received but I haven't sent the bank transfer or cheque yet?
Apologies for this but we need to mark payment sent as soon as an order is placed or the system will oversell the tickets. Please pay ASAP so that we don’t have to chase you, thanks! <3
I made an order and got automatic confirmation but I got an email saying that my order has been cancelled!
I am really really sorry for this! Unfortunately this webshop software makes us manually confirm payment before it will change the stock level. If tickets sell out fast there may be a case where people are buying tickets faster than we can confirm payment. I really hope this won't happen but please accept my apologies in advance if it does.
